“To be unclear is to be unkind.”
One principle guides this experience: to be unclear is to be unkind.
Healthy confrontation is not about creating discomfort. It is about creating clarity. It isn’t about criticizing people. It is about helping them become better.
It is helping someone become who they are capable of becoming—even when the conversation is uncomfortable.
Through realistic workplace scenarios, they receive practical language, practice increasingly challenging conversations, receive active coaching and feedforward, and immediately repeat those conversations using what they’ve learned.
A unique element of the experience is that participants are video recorded during selected exercises, and the entire cohort coaches them—not only on what they say, but on what message their eye contact, body language, and tone communicate.
From university halls to national stages—the room fills, and the work begins.
